The hotel not only provided an excellent base for my adventure-filled days but also impressed me with its gastronomic offerings.There's something magical about starting the day with a hearty breakfast spread, and Pousada Ibiscus didn't disappoint. The morning ritual of sipping freshly brewed coffee while indulging in a selection of fruits, bread, cheese, and scrumptious jams set a perfect tone for my daily activities. The cherry on top was the option to order from a menu featuring eggs, crepes, and tapioca - a local favorite that I couldn't resist trying.After a day of exploring the vibrant surroundings, the hotel's restaurant became my haven for unwinding. I vividly recall my dining experience at Restaurante Tamarindo, located just a stone's throw away. The innovative dishes, infused with local flavors and presented artfully, left me craving for more. Casa Del Mar Jeri, a hidden gem nearby, captivated me with its cozy ambiance and mouthwatering seafood specialties.In conclusion, Pousada Ibiscus exceeded my expectations not only as a comfortable retreat but also as a culinary paradise.
